Successful Completion

Congratulations to the successful completion and Certification for Reiki I & II to: Joe Austin, Sue Wilson, Paula Lapann & Meredith Morse!!!

This past weekend these very talented and gifted healers completed Reiki I & II giving them another set of "tools" to add to their already overflowing well of talents. I am very proud to have been allowed to be their guide and know that they will help others as they also help themselves. A chorus has sung joyfully in recognition of this. The earth and beings on and around it need the healing vibrations that Reiki brings.

Reiki I and II Class

YMCA WELLNESS/CRAFT FAIR

This is just a reminder that Eric, Angela and I will be at the upcoming YMCA fair on Sunday, October 26th from 10-4. The Living Well Spa will also be there next to us. The YMCA is located on West Ave. in Saratoga Springs, NY. We will be showcasing our new jewelry collections including some new bridal pieces. We will have Reiki information and be doing Angel Card Readings. We will look forward to seeing you all there!

REIKI CLASSES

Reiki II - $100.00 w/certification from previous Reiki I class, Sept. 14th 930-400, bring a bag lunch. Please call 587-4957 to reserve your space and for more information.

Healing Springs Journal-Adirondacks/Capital District in NY will feature upcoming list of classes for Reiki I and II. Possibly an article from Linda also.

We also offer a beginners Jewelry class. In this class you will make a pair of earrings and a bracelet. $25.00 and when reserving your space a list of tools/beads needed will be provided. If you are not sure you want to invest then we have some tools to share and for an additional cost of $10.00 we have a small selection of beads/findings. This class runs approximately 2 hours.

Nourish Your Spirit will be at the Saratoga YMCA health/wellness/craft show on Oct. 26th 10-4 if you want to come and see us. We will have jewelry, angel card readings and Reiki information.
The Living Well Spa will also be featured there with their practitioners. Hope to see you.

Influencing this Reality

I have been getting inspiration to ask for all of you out there to send your intentions, blessings, Reiki, energy work, Huna or whatever modality you are comfortable with to the earth to raise the vibration and allow healing at some level. We need to imagine our "perfect" world however that looks to you. By joining together with these intentions and thoughts we can influence this "reality". I myself do healing every day and direct some of that energy to the earth, to the right-action and thinking of world leaders, and other "problems" that may be ocurring on any given day. I also use blessing to manifest as if it already exists. Any direct action of thought/intention can only result in a positive outcome. Blessings to you and your positive action and manifestations.

Reiki Share

I am hosting a Reiki share on Friday, August 1st at 7 p.m., I have two tables and if anyone would like to bring a small "snack" to share that would be nice. We will have water/iced tea/soda. Please do RSVP to make sure we can accomodate everyone. Looking forward to seeing you. This is a good opportunity to share skills, learn from others and get some great energy!

The Beginning

Welcome to all of you to our new blog! We (Linda, Eric & Angela) hope to share thoughts, ideas, suggestions, information and answer any questions you may have. We will also keep you posted on upcoming events, classes and Reiki shares.

Recently, Eric and I traveled to AL, GA, TN & MS. As some of you may know, Angela and I have some of our originally designed and handmade jewelry at a shop called "The Raised Brow" which features fine antiques, paintings, furniture and glassware. The shop is located at the Log Cabin Village in Mentone, AL. So, on Sunday, June 22nd Steve (the owner) featured my work at a sort of "meet the artist" type of event. Thanks to all who stopped by! The Log Cabin Village has its own website if any of you would like to check it out. Mentone featured natural springs similar to Saratoga Springs and Ballston Spa and was used by Native Americans for healing purposes. Subsequently, settlers and so forth discovered it too. Unfortunately, the springs are inaccessible these days however, this area is a destination for Mountain chapel weddings, the Village, state parks, lakes, forests etc. If you ever have an opportunity to visit don't forget to stop by Cones of Mentone, which is owned and operated by my brother, the famous icreamologist Matt Woodruff.
